Money Back Guarantee: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are entitled to a full refund—no questions asked, with no restrictions.

Damaged Goods: If your game is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund for the item’s purchase price or a replacement (subject to availability). We will cover all return shipping expenses and provide a return shipping label.
 
Incorrect Goods: In the event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. You will qualify for either a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement (subject to availability). Return shipping will be provided and fully paid for by us.
 
Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer want the game, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued for items that remain unopened and undamaged.
 
Product fits intended purpose: If the product satisfactorily fulfills its intended purpose as a board game, it is not eligible for a money-back guarantee based solely on individual preference. For example, if a customer dislikes certain elements of the gameplay yet the board game performs as designed, the request for a refund will be deemed invalid.
 

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees.

How to Request a Refund

Ship the Product: Pack the game securely and send back to us .

Approval & Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund.

Returns Beyond the Prescribed Period: Refunds and return shipping are not guaranteed for requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt. However, we are willing to evaluate such cases on an individual basis.

 

90-Day Component Replacement

If you encounter any issues with your game components, we’re here to make it right.

Defective Parts: Should your game exhibit any production defects, contact us within 90 days of receipt. If replacement parts are available, we will promptly ship them at no cost. If the parts are unavailable from our inventory, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to secure the required replacements and ship them to you, all at our expense.
 

Policy Coverage: We provide free replacements for:

  1. Game pieces, cards, boards, instruction manuals, and all other physical components
  2. Manufacturing defects or missing parts
  3. Damage occurring during shipping
  4. Damage from accidents

Step 3: Receive Your Replacement Approved claims ship within 3-5 business days. (No need to return the original component)
